Twenty four years experience in real estate law including closings, drafting and review of agreements relating to real estate, judicial and non-judicial real property foreclosures of conventional, VA and FHA insured loans, real estate contract forfeiture actions, and evictions; also experienced in judicial and non-judicial construction loan foreclosures, creditor's rights and remedies, bankruptcy and corporate aspects of mortgage banking.

The office of the firm is located in Everett with easy access from downtown. The normal business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with appointment son weekends or before or after normal office hours by prior arrangement.
